Energy Management
Watch the Video
February 23, 2022 | 12:00PM-1:30PM ET
There are only 24 hours in a day. We cannot gain more time in our days, but we can be deliberate about how we spend our time and energy. When we intentionally manage our energy to make the best of how we spend it and replenish it, we gain the feeling of more time and space in our days. This awareness and shift will help us manage stress and build resilience. In this session, you’ll also access your human battery charge and how you can enhance your energy in the 4 human energy components: Physical/Body, Emotions, Mental/Thinking, and Spirit/Purpose.

Presence & Listening
Watch the Video
July 28, 2022 | 12:00PM-1:30PM ET
Assess and practice presence and listening through reflection and exercises. When it comes to being fully present, learn how to best manage distraction (both internal and external) to be more in the moment, fully alive, and aware. Practice the “Power of the Pause” to be more present moment to moment. You’ll also get entrenched in what good listening looks and feels like… and evaluate how often you listen to understand vs. listen to respond. Thought-provoking, isn’t it?
