Digital transformation is inevitable for distributors to offer a truly multi-channel model to customers.

Online purchases increase at an accelerating rate, and the continuous generational shift only confirms the need to have a robust E-Commerce channel. The benefits are not only measured in terms of customer satisfaction and revenue growth, but also in terms of internal efficiencies. Building a solid strategy and roadmap for an optimal internal and external adoption is a must.

This session will outline the main challenges distributors are facing in a fast-accelerating B2B market. During the presentation, we will outline the main objectives a distributor should incorporate into their roadmap to digital transformation. From understanding the current state of the B2B market to identifying their customer’s needs to defining and implementing a successful digital strategy. We will also discuss how to establish some primary KPIs to track and measure digital success.
