ISA invites industry experts to submit proposals for in-person speaking engagements, on-demand course development, educational program development, and live webinar presentations. We seek thought leaders who can provide valuable insights, case studies, and perspectives that will strengthen the industrial supply channel and help companies adapt to an evolving landscape.

Topic Areas We’re Looking For
We encourage submissions that align with one or more of the ISA Drivers of Success or member groups:
- Technology & AI: Advancements in AI, IoT, automation, and digital presence strategies.
- Industry Trends: Emerging trends and innovations shaping the future of the industrial supply industry.
- Leadership Development: Courses and sessions designed to enhance leadership skills, including strategic thinking, team management, emotional intelligence, change management, and effective communication tailored for professionals in the industrial supply chain industry.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Evolving value propositions, digital transformation, market segmentation, and sales strategies.
- Sales: Best practices, innovative techniques, and strategies for driving revenue growth.
- Channel Connections: Innovative networking, virtual collaboration, and business development approaches.
- Channel Pros: Best practices and success stories from experienced channel professionals.
- Talent Recruitment & Retention: Workforce strategies, culture-building, and next-gen leadership development.
- Women in Industry (WII): Empowering and supporting women in the industrial supply channel.
- Veterans & Veteran-Ready Businesses: Supporting veterans in the workforce and fostering veteran-friendly workplaces.
- Other: Additional relevant topics that contribute to industry growth and innovation.
Submissions should offer actionable insights, innovative ideas, trending research, engaging discussions, or company case studies.
Presentation Types
You may submit proposals for the following formats:
- In-Person Presentations: Speak at ISA’s key industry events, such as the Spring Convention or Fall Summit. These can include keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, or breakout sessions tailored to engage live audiences.
- Live Webinars: Deliver real-time virtual sessions with opportunities for audience interaction, including Q&A, live polling, and discussions.
- On-Demand Course Development: Contribute to our e-learning library with pre-recorded sessions and interactive content for self-paced learning. Content should be evergreen, as updates only occur every 2 years. You will collaborate with ISA’s Director of Education using course authoring tools like Articulate 360.
- Educational Program Development SME: Collaborate with ISA on the design and development of structured training programs. Note: This is an opportunity to contribute expertise in curriculum development. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) interested in this do NOT need to submit a formal proposal for a specific session or course. Simply indicate the topic area in which you have expertise and tell us a bit about your experience.
Submission Guidelines
Session Length: 30-60 minutes (unless otherwise specified).
Level of Expertise:
- Introductory: For those new to the topic or industry (0-2 years experience)
- Intermediate: For those with foundational knowledge looking for deeper insights. (3-5 years experience)
- Advanced: For experts exploring complex challenges. (6+ years experience)
- General: Relevant and useful for professionals of all experience levels.
Commercial Restrictions: Submissions must not promote specific products/services.
Selection Process: All proposals undergo a blind peer review.
Rolling Submissions – No Deadline
Submissions are accepted year-round and reviewed on a rolling basis. You will receive a confirmation and status update via email within 2 weeks of submission.
