Our Mission
Foster a sustainable network of engaged professional women leveraging expertise and relationships, focused on the development of women leaders within the industrial supply industry.
What is Women in Industry?
Originally founded as Women Industrial Supply Executives (W.I.S.E.) in 2012, Women in Industry (WII) has evolved to offer a broader range of educational and networking opportunities for women at all levels within ISA member companies.
At the heart of a thriving community of women in industrial supply, the network includes the new Women in Industry Mentorship Program, the annual Women in Industry Fall Summit, along with in-person and virtual meetups, and other initiatives that support its mission. These activities and opportunities help women expand their professional and personal development, creating connections that benefit both individuals and the companies they work for.
Volunteers from ISA companies are welcome to contribute and can express their interest in supporting Women in Industry via the form below.
